Imprevisto are four young international partners based in Barcelona with a strong track record in the world of haute cuisine.

The foundation of the Imprevisto gastronomic project is Mediterranean cuisine, focused on local, seasonal, and product-driven ingredients. In other words, market cuisine, where the raw materials are prepared with respect to enhance their flavor, but with creativity.

At Imprevisto, you come to play. To let yourself go. To be surprised. To break with routine. You can't choose, you don't have to think. Risk is part of the deal, as are emotions, sensations, and connections.

Two tasting set menus (available for both lunch and dinner) of 7 or 10 courses, depending on the customer's choice. Each dish is a surprise: you won't know what you're going to eat (it's unexpected!) and the creativity, combined with top-quality ingredients, can only delight the palate. The set menus (whose dishes change with market availability) can be adapted for vegetarians, those with special dietary needs, or gluten-free options, and are designed according to the customer's preferences. Familiar dishes, yet completely different.

There is a lot of magic, art, and wisdom in each proposal, from the knowledgeable selection of each product to its execution and presentation.
