Unexpected. Because you don't expect it, and it surprises you.

Unforeseen. Because it was born from circumstances that no one could have foreseen and it turned out well. Very well. Almost unexpectedly. Or not.

Imprevisto are four young international partners based in Barcelona with a strong track record in the world of haute cuisine.

The basis of the Imprevisto gastronomic project is Mediterranean cuisine, based on local, seasonal produce. In other words, market cuisine, which is worked on respecting the raw material so that its flavour is enhanced, but with creativity.

People come to Imprevisto to play. To let themselves go. To be surprised. To break with routine. You can't choose, you don't have to think. Risk is part of the deal, as are emotions, sensations, connections.

Two tasting set menus (which can be ordered at lunchtime or in the evening) of 7 or 10 courses, according to the client's choice. Each dish is a surprise: because you won't know what you're going to eat (unexpected!) and because creativity, mixed with top quality produce, can only delight the palate. The set menus (whose dishes change with the market), can be adapted for vegetarians, special tastes or gluten-free and are designed according to the client's prior instructions. Dishes that are well-known but which, however, have nothing to do with each other.

There is a lot of magic, art and wisdom in each proposal, from the knowledgeable selection of each product to its execution and presentation.
