People come to Imprevisto to play. To let themselves go. To be surprised. To break with routine. You can't choose, you don't have to think. Each dish is a surprise: you won't know what you're going to eat (Imprevisto!) until the dish arrives at the table.

The set menus (whose dishes change with the market) can be adapted for vegetarians, special tastes or gluten-free and are designed according to the client's prior instructions.
